• Approximate location based on IP address

Information from third parties:

• Call metadata from WildJar, our call-tracking provider, when you call the tracking number listed on this site, including the number you called from and, if call recording is enabled, the recording itself
• Conversion data from Google Ads or other ad platforms if you arrived via a paid ad

We do not knowingly collect sensitive information such as health records, government identifiers or financial account details through this website. If you mention health or medical information when describing an air conditioning issue (for example, a medical need for climate control), we only use that detail to properly assess and complete your job.

We use the information we collect for specific, limited purposes:

• To respond to your contact form submission or phone call
• To book and complete air conditioning work at your property
• To provide workmanship guarantee service or follow-up once you become a customer
• To improve the website and understand which pages help visitors, using Google Analytics
• To attribute which marketing channel a phone call or enquiry came from, using WildJar call tracking and Google Tag Manager

We only share data with the services this website actually uses:

• Cloudflare hosts the website and protects it from malicious traffic. Processing occurs in the United States, with a global edge network. See Cloudflare's privacy policy for details.
• Google Analytics 4 and Google Tag Manager analyse how the website is used. Processing occurs in the United States. See Google's privacy policy for details.
• WildJar tracks which marketing channel a phone call came from. Processing occurs in Australia. See WildJar's privacy policy for details.
• Our lead-management system receives contact form submissions so we can respond to your enquiry. The specific system may change over time; whichever one we use is chosen for its ability to keep your details secure and is used solely to manage our response to you.

We do not share your information with any other third party, and we do not sell your personal information. We do not use Facebook or Meta pixels, remarketing audiences, heatmap or session-recording tools, or any newsletter platform on this website. If that changes, this policy will be updated before any new service goes live.

This website uses cookies, small text files stored on your device, to support analytics and tag management. Cookies help us understand how visitors use the site, which pages are useful, and how people find us, so we can improve it over time. We do not use cookies for advertising retargeting or to build a profile of you for sale to third parties.

We aim to respond to any access, correction or deletion request within a reasonable time. In some cases we may need to keep certain records to meet our legal obligations even after a deletion request, such as records relating to completed work or tax reporting; where this applies, we will explain which records must be retained and why.

We take reasonable steps to protect the personal information we hold, including serving the website over HTTPS, using Cloudflare's security infrastructure to guard against malicious traffic, and applying access controls on our lead-management system so only authorised team members can view customer enquiries. No website can guarantee absolute security, and we do not make claims of unbreakable or guaranteed protection, but we work to keep your information protected using current, reasonable measures and review those measures as our systems change.

This website is not directed at children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If a parent or guardian believes their child has submitted information to us, please contact us using the details below and we will remove it.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be reflected on this page with a new "last updated" date. Continued use of the website after an update means you accept the updated policy.
